The power of Row Templates
The main feature of the control is the Row Template. Each Row Template defines a style, how data are displayed in a row. There can be several different templates specified for every AdvancedList in a project. This gives you an opportunity to display different data in a different way depending on their character. This way you can define e.g. more detailed look for selected rows, or use the component as a Master-Details control, where master rows have completely different look as detail rows.

Link cells, advanced graphics capabilities:
Hyperlink cells gives you an opportunity to easily link the row to another form or to the Internet Explorer or email client, etc.

If you need to show graphics with your data, or you like more colorful design, then AdvancedList is the right control for you. Graphic Cell object gives you an opportunity to display any graphic in your data row, or set its background to a specific image.

Easy work with databases:
AdvancedList has powerful support for fast loading of data from various databases through its DBConnector property. You just create the command and provide it to the DbConnector. Then there is just one row of source code needed to load data into the list and the job is done. The DbConnector is much more powerful with the new DelayLoad option. It loads only visible data for fast preview, and loads more data only when needed. This feature allows you to display table with thousands of rows in a second.

The data in the AdvancedList are disconnected and can be easily manipulated. It is also possible to use the standard DataTable as a data source. This allows you to work with alternative data sources such as XML files or databases using the standard data adapters.

XML Templates:
You can save the templates and properties of the AdvancedList to the XML template file. Then you are able to load the templates at runtime on the desktop and various mobile devices. This allows you UI changes without recompiling the application.
