SINGLE USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR APPDEV PRODUCTS, LLC., (APPDEV) SOFTWARE

The Single User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and APPDEV for APPDEV software product(s) accompanying this Single User Agreement, which include(s) computer software and may include "on-line" or electronic documentation, associated media and printed materials (hereafter referred to as "SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and intellectual property laws. One (1) unique individual (USER) may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT onto a computer for training purposes provided that no copies or reproductions (in any format including but not limited to CD-ROM, hard drive, tape, computer memory or other recordable media) are made or distributed (use over a computer network is prohibited). USER may use one (1) courseware manual during the training period. Courseware manuals may be acquired through APPDEV or by printing one (1) copy using the included Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) courseware file. The USER license is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Any reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT not in accordance with the Single User License Agreement is expressly prohibited.

In no event shall APPDEV or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the software. By installing, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Single User License Agreement.
