The 5385 compact scanner is light weight and ergonomically designed to fit perfectly into your hand for minimum fatigue. This user-friendly scanner is ideal for commercial and industrial scanning environments, but works equally well in busy retail point-of-sale applications.

It minimizes keystrokes, errors and false scans to improve the productivity of virtually all data entry operation. The 5385 is very aggressive on difficult-to-read "real world" barcode labels. Standard models scan from 1" (2.5cm) to 24" (60cm).

It is available in a variety of undecoded and single integrated interface versions including wand emulation, RS232, IBM 4683/4, OCIA and PC XT/AT keyboard wedge and comes with a worry-free 18 month warranty on parts and labor.

For extra durability in demanding environments, a rubber protector encases the front surface of the scanner. Microprocessor-controlled functions lower power requirements for portable applications and make QuickScan flexible and extremely reliable.

For applications requiring a combination of presentation and hand-held barcode reading, such as specialty point-of-sale, QuickScan laser scanners can be mounted in a scanner stand.
