WinWedge captures serial data, custom tailors it to your needs, then transfers the data to any Windows or DOS application - either by sending keystrokes to the application�s window or by passing the data through DDE conversations.

How Does WinWedge Collect Data from My Serial Instrument into Any PC Application?

WinWedge is a Windows program that sends data to your applications either as Keystrokes or by DDE. The keystroke method is extremely simple. Serial data just “pops” into your application as if it were being typed in! The DDE method enables you to create extremely sophisticated data acquisition and device control interfaces.

WinWedge lets you add keystrokes or DDE commands to your incoming data so that the data plots automatically into spreadsheets, databases, MMIs, LIMS, statistical and control software. You can even automate real-time data charting and analysis.
