Bryce5 is an innovative 3-D graphics application that lets users design, render, and animate breathtaking natural 3-D worlds and abstract 3-D sculptures. The controls in Bryce 5 let users create a variety of objects to place in the landscapes they create, as well as import and export objects to and from other file formats. In addition, the animation tools in Bryce 5 let users animate their landscapes and environments to create impressive animated sequences that can be posted to the World Wide Web in the popular QuickTime format. New FeaturesNetwork Rendering: Bryce 5 now supports multi-threading, so users can render images and animation more quickly without sacrificing image quality. Network Rendering lets users create a pool of computers to render a single image. Tree Lab: In the new Tree Lab, users can create and edit trees to incorporate into their landscapes. The Tree Lab lets users specify the type, branch density, leaf density, coloration, and other details about the trees they create. Light Lab: The Light Lab in Bryce 5 lets users edit, from one location, the effects of lights in their landscapes.
