Indexing System for DBF Files
EZIndex is an indexing system for DBF files. EZIndex uses a data dictionary file to store every index needed
for your application. EZIndex currently supports Clipper "NTX" files and FoxPro "CDX" files.
EZIndex Features

- When generating indexes using the COMIX driver EzIndex creates structural indexes that specify a
default index to open when you open your DBF file
- Eliminates the need for an old copy of dBase or dClip around just for creating and modifying indexes
- Can be used to create the indexes for DOS based systems as well as Windows based systems
- Allows you to specify your current working directory which is where your dictionary file will be located
- When creating a new index
- Specify an order bag name (file name for NTX files), an alias name, key information, and a tag name
- Use the check boxes for specifying that this is a default index or a unique index
- Use the radio buttons to specify which type of index (either NTX or CDX)
- Specify which indexes you want in the output file
- Make changes to any of the above items in your indexes by selecting the update index option
- Re-index all the indexes in your data dictionary at once
- Includes a search option to search for a particular index file
