A full featured add-in spell checker for Visual FoxPro (All versions) or FoxPro 2.X Windows/DOS applications.

This FoxPro add-on program makes it easy for your end-users to spell check their memos, character fields and text files in your Windows or DOS applications. When a suspect word is found, the user can ignore it, edit it or ask for suggestions. The spelling suggestion system uses multiple search strategies to help find the right suggestion. Repeated words can also be detected. Your user can add an unlimited number of new words to the dictionary during spell checking. You can also upload new words from text files.

Foxspell Checker is delivered to you in 100% Visual FoxPro, FoxPro Windows 2.X or DOS source code in a form that can be quickly integrated into your applications and then distributed royalty free. While Visual FoxPro and FoxPro Windows come with spell checkers, these checkers cannot be included in your runtime, cannot be customized and the dictionaries contain half as many words. They are also severely limited on the number of new words you can add to their dictionaries.

Year 2000 Compliance

This document certifies that as of January 1st, 1999, the currently shipping versions of all the following Strategic Edge products will accurately process date data (including, but not limited to calculating, comparing and sequencing dates and calculating leap year) before, during, and after the calendar year 2000 A.D. when used in accordance with their product documentation and providing that all other products used in combination with these product properly exchange date data with them (e.g. the database tables used with these products use 4 digits to store year information in their date fields).
