What is IC Imaging Control Professional?

Ideally, application software should be able to access operating system functions (API). For image and audio processing, Windows offers DirectX. So that any image creating hardware (for example, USB cameras) is recognized by DirectX, it is necessary that a so-called WDM stream class driver is available (WDM = Windows Driver Model).
