About The Trainer

Keystone With more that seven years industry experience, Mike Gord's current job title is Advanced Technical Engineer (ATT) at Novell in Provo, Utah. As a support specialist, Mike has a unique perspective on troubleshooting, which lends itself to the ATT model of class develpment and delivery. In the five years that Mike has been with Novell, he has provided technical support and expertise in a wide variety of Novell products: Connectivity, Client, Print, and ZEN. Mike has taught ZEN 2 Master Class and now teaches ZEN 3. He co-authored and delivered the NT/2000 Solutions.
