You can save even more money by using the Duplicate Check feature in MAILER’S+4. Duplicate Check uses a powerful soundexing (sound-alike) algorithm developed by MAILER'S Software to effectively rid your list of duplicate records, including nicknames like Dick for Richard and Bob for Robert. It can find duplicates by NAME and ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER or ADDRESS ONLY. The ADDRESS ONLY mode is used to eliminate sending more than one piece of a mailing to the same household.

MAILER’S+4 Duplicate Check feature will also find "switched name" duplicates. For example, if you have John Grant and Grant John at the same address, Duplicate Check will identify these as duplicates.

After you have run your list through Duplicate Check, you can view the records with the Duplicate Viewer feature. With this feature, you can see every record that MAILER’S+4 has marked as a duplicate in groups. You ultimately have the final say over which records to keep or eliminate!
