The Merge-Purge feature in MAILER’S+4 is a great way to find duplicate records shared between two lists.

For example, if you want to remove names from a rented list that you already have on your house list, simply open the rented list in MAILER’S+4 and select Merge-Purge.

Name your house list as the "secondary" list and select Keep Highest Record and Delete dBASE Duplicates.

Duplicate check will then delete all the records in your rented list that match records in your house list automatically.

Run Pack if you want to permanently remove the duplicate records from your rented list.
