Presort for 1st and 3rd Class Mail

Save even more money by presorting your mailing list with MAILER’S+4 Presort feature. Presort sorts all of your 1st and 3rd Class, Profit or Non-Profit, letter card or flat mail pieces for the lowest possible postage rates. It uses the most current USPS rules and rates to ensure that your mail pieces meet all size and weight restrictions. It notifies you if there are any problems. MAILER’S+4 Presort also allows you to try several presort options and find the one that suits you best.

Running a list through Presort is fast and easy to do. The program displays a listing of the number of pieces that qualified at each postal rate and the total cost of your mailing. You can then print a summary of the presort information for the 3600 series forms required by the USPS. In addition, you can print a complete tray or sack summary that shows the number of package counts and destination.

Destination Discounts

MAILER’S+4 includes a Destination Discount feature that presorts your list for the correct Bulk Mail Center (BMC) or Sectional Center Facility (SCF). Receive additional discounts on postage and speed deliveries with these destination discounts!

All you need to do is select the BMC or SCF you wish to deliver your mail to and the program presorts your list accordingly. MAILER’S+4 prints all the appropriate forms required and maintains your records in the correct presort order. The program can print labels individually for each BMC and SCF.

Enhanced Carrier Route Presort with Line of Travel (LOT)

Now you can sort your list with the new money-saving Enhanced Carrier Route Presort. It covers all three subclasses: Saturation, High Density, and Basic.

Presort Outputs in Sorted Order

The Presort feature can output your list in the presorted order. Once in presorted order, you can use your list for mail-merge or with other label printing programs.
