Verify Addresses and Add ZIP+4

MAILER’S+4 is a powerful CASS certified address verification and ZIP+4 coding program. It compares every U.S. address in your mailing list to a national database of addresses on a CD-ROM. All valid addresses in you list are standardized to USPS requirements. MAILER’S+4 then appends the correct ZIP+4 and Carrier Route code to each record. The program is CASS certified by the USPS for ZIP+4, Carrier Route and 5-Digit ZIP coding.

You can save time by utilizing MAILER’S+4 Manual Resolve feature to view and correct non-verified addresses. This powerful, easy-to-use feature displays the address in question and the possible matching addresses. You choose the correct match and the program updates the address in your mailing list. It's that simple!

Code Two-Line Addresses

MAILER’S+4 even handles Two-Line Addresses. The program first tries to verify ADDRESS1. If that address cannot be verified, it tries ADDRESS2. If ADDRESS2 is verified, the program swaps ADDRESS2 with ADDRESS1 to assure that your mailing labels has the address information in the standardized order.

Verify and Update Phone Numbers

MAILER’S+4 includes Phone Check, a features that verifies the Area Code and Prefix combination of the phone numbers in your list. It can also update your list with new Area Codes as they are added by the phone company. Phone Check can standardize phone numbers to one of six common formats.

The program also checks the distance from the Area Code and Prefix location to the ZIP Code centroid. If this distance is too large, Phone Check marks the record for later review.

New Delivery Sequence File (DSF) Service

This built-in service verifies any U.S. address and appends the Walk Sequence Number and address type to your list. Use this service for Saturation mailings and pay the lowest postal rates for local mailings. The service is subject to processing charges (call for info).
