Publish Documents: PageView Server allows your users to browse, view, print or search any document online in HTML or PDF. Files are indexed in a dynamic tree structure similar to the Windows-based file explorer.

Accurate Conversion: When the documents are rendered in HTML, they will look exactly the same as the originals. The text, graphics, tables and layout are preserved in the conversion process so users can view the documents as they were intended, regardless of the authoring tool used to create the document.  

Always up to date: Documents stored in the local source directories are constantly monitored, and any new or updated file is instantly converted into PDF and HTML. Maintaining the website is as simple as dropping new files into the source folders.  

Format Compatibility: Users no longer need to download or unzip files to view them. By converting documents to HTML and PDF, users can view the content online instead.  

Security: Accessing to information is controlled by Windows NT permissions for a group or user. PageView files are confined to specified folders, so NT security settings will apply to the PageView output. The administrator decides which folders and subfolders are processed, as well as who can submit files and who can access the result.  

Publishing Online: PageView integrates easily with any standard web server such as IIS or Apache, and requires no server side scripting or database connectivity. An entire site containing an unlimited number of folders and documents can be browsed online, allowing anyone to view your documents.
