PhotoDisc Comping License

This license governs the free comp images contained in Starter Kits and Resource Books.
Use them to:

• Get a better look at an image.
• Design comps.
• Create materials for comping presentations to clients.

PhotoDisc Product License

Purchase images from our website or on CD-ROM and you're licensed to use them anywhere, anytime and in any medium:

• Website, online and multimedia designs.
• Advertising and promotion campaigns, presentations and brochures.
• Materials for comping presentations to clients.
• Book jackets and interior pages.
• Packaging for software, music albums, CDs and cassettes, and videotapes.
• Calendars, greeting cards and posters.
• Trade show displays, billboards and exhibits.
• Products for resale.

Automatic 10-Seat License

Our Product License for images or CDs also comes with an automatic 10-seat license, making it easier to share PhotoDisc images with colleagues in your organization. If you would like to share PhotoDisc images or CDs with more than 10 users, please contact PhotoDisc, by email at license@photodisc.com, or by phone at 1-800-528-3472 (US and Canada) or +1-206-441-9355 (international), and request an easy Seat License upgrade.

For All Uses:

• PhotoDisc requests a credit reading "images copyright © 1997 PhotoDisc, Inc." appear adjacent to the images or in an obvious credits page or screen.
• Pornographic, defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful use of PhotoDisc images is prohibited.
• Images cannot be in a downloadable or FTP format.
