FarPoint Tab Pro - Tab Control:
Easy to use design interface which lets you choose from index cards, file folders, or notebook formats. Place file and notebook tabs on the top, bottom, right, or left side of each tab control. Display the tabs as rounded, chamfered (beveled), slanted, or squared. You have complete control over the text alignment, rotation, and font used for each caption. In addition, include graphics for each tab header. Set properties individually for each tab, for the active tab, or globally for the entire control.
Can be designed to look and act like a one or two page notebook with book bindings that you can customize. Add corner guards, change the size, color and type of rings, the crease, the spine and the style of book cover.
There are 8 predefined AutoStyles: a traditional file folder, property pages, notecards, worksheets, a personal organizer, notched AutoStyle, and notebook.
You can add pages to tabs and use page earmarks to indicate that additional pages are available. You can also specify whether to display animation that shows pages and tab turning and change the speed of the animation. The Tab control can present multiple tabs in rows, change tab text and color for each tab, and change how users interact with the tabs and rows.
With Visual Basic, you can change the ActiveTab during design time and add child controls to a Tab control by placing them in the client area. You can also add a control to every tab, and it will display in the same place on each tab.
Set the Tab control properties of AutoSize and set the Auto Size Children for the child controls, and your tab control will resize itself and child controls automatically.
Lets users preview the controls on each tab at run time by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the mouse pointer across the tab headers.
Use the Balloon Control from ButtonMaker to display balloon tips for individual tabs instead of the same text for all tabs.
FarPoint Tab Pro Imprint Control:
Provides an easy way to group and highlight information within your interface. A common use is to surround related choices, or a group box.
Displays 3-D frames and borders and provides text manipulation options. Change colors and highlights, add lines or 3-D text, or display text within any side of the border of the control.
You can also use it to display multiple rows and columns for a grid-like appearance.
Set the AutoSize property to have the control automatically change its size to fit its parent container.
