Time Makes ˘ents was built using an Outlook style interface. It's been found that this type of interface is intuitive and extremely easy for even novice users to use. Rather than using layers of menus where it's easy to get lost in the user interface, all forms are always at level one!

This is a time slip where mileage, and/or sales of time and materials can be recorded. The line item function allows you to create line items at any time. When the line items are created, they are not a part of a Sales Order. You can leave these line items "floating" free, and then batch post the ones you select to a Sales Order at any time and at any interval.

For example: If you bill your clients once per month, you would batch-post all of the floating line items to a Sales Order once each month. Using this frequency, your customers & clients will get only one Invoice for all of the work done for the month. That one Invoice will have all line items on it. Of course, you are free to choose the frequency of billing.

If you have a team of programmers/consultants working on a project, the entire team's billings could be posted to a single Sales Order if you desire.

The date, mileage, time and comments made at the top of the time slip are available on the mileage reimbursement report. It tracks what has been billed to the company, and what has been reimbursed. Time Makes ˘ents automatically calculates the correct mileage reimbursement.

Time slips can be posted individually from the time slip screen, or they can be batch posted.

Sales Orders are batch posted to Yes! I Can when ever you decide.

Here is the client/customer center of tm˘. All of a customer's Sales Orders, Invoices, Quotations and Credit Memo's are available for review in one place. This data (replicated) goes out into the field with the consultant/salesperson.

Here is where employee expenses and reimbursements are recorded and tracked.

This is the *fax/letter writing center. Imagine the convenience for the consultant or salesperson out in the field on a long trip. The letter writing module comes standard at no additional charge.

*Built in faxing capability is an optional cost extra and requires a copy of Winfax Pro in the background. Faxes can be sent to individuals (as above), or to different groups of customers or suppliers. The fax module allows you to fax directly from a Sales Order, Invoice, Quotation, or Credit Memo. Logs of all faxes sent are maintained so that they can be re-read at any time in the future.

Time Makes ˘ents comes with the reports that a salesperson/consultant would need access to while out in the field.
