The major theme of time makes ˘ents is that in addition to facilitating time and material tracking and billing, employee mileage and expense tracking, and acting as a PIM, it allows a consultant or a salesperson to install a copy on a laptop and go out into the field to make sales of both of time and materials based on replicated data.

When the consultant comes out of the field and plugs back into the LAN, the Sales Orders, including changes to inventory quantities, are posted to Yes! I Can Run My Business. If operating on a LAN or computer with Yes! in the background, tm˘ knows it, and it does real time updates to both its own local inventory data as well as the inventory quantities in Yes! I Can Run My Business.

Out in the field and using an optional data bridge, the sales rep can click a button and create a file that can be emailed back to headquarters for importation into Yes! I Can. This data will update Inventory quantities, Sales Orders, new Customers, etc., just as though it had been done in a Yes! client on the LAN. The data bridge will enable headquarters to then email updates back to the salesperson/consultant in the field to be imported into
Time Makes ˘ents.

Time Makes ˘ents can be configured to import all data, or just the customers and sales data that pertain to one salesperson/consultant. Time Makes ˘ents can also run as an add-in for Yes! I Can Run My Business. or it can run as a stand-alone system without ever connecting to an accounting system.

Fax Broadcasting

• Customer must supply a copy of WinfaxPro V 7, 8, or 9. Fax directly from: Sales Order. Software looks up company's fax number in their record, then sends the fax and phone info to WinFaxPro.
• Send an individually typed fax to any Customer or Supplier.
• Maintain a list of "Form Letters" and send a personalized fax to any Customer or Supplier.
• Automatically maintains a fax history so you know what faxes were sent to whom.
• Click a button on the history list and see the fax you sent!
• Customers and Suppliers can each be divided into up to five different groups for broadcast faxing.

Automation to MS Word
Right-click in either Supplier's form or Customer's form, and automatically merge the name and address information to an unlimited list of previously created MS Word templates. These documents can then be printed or saved as with any other Word document.

Automation to MS Outlook
Right-click in either Supplier's form or Customer's form, and automatically:

1. Add the name and address information as an Outlook Contact
2. Create an Email to the person in the current record
3. Create an Outlook appointment for the person in the current record
4. Create a Quick Email to anyone
5. Create Outlook Customer notes (for phone call, etc.) allows timing of phone calls
