Special EEO Report variations help you identify which applicants have missing EEO data, while others provide you with analysis by Reject Reason, Referral Source and Current Status.

Data Input Updating

!Trak-It AT data entry and updating is done using fill-in-the-blank forms on your screen. The data is automatically validated as it is entered, giving you an opportunity to correct any errors immediately. More time is saved because edits can be done with a few keystrokes or by simple selections from your code tables, rather than typing a whole entry. These code tables not only speed data entry but ensure report consistency.

Custom Letters & Reports

The built-in Letter Generator allows you to create an unlimited number of form letters. Any letter can be generated immediately or produced in a batch at the end of the day. Mailing labels are optionally available for each letter. More than 80 standard report formats are provided, as well as a powerful Report Writer, allowing you to design your own reports. You can sort and select records and include headings, sub-headings, subtotals, and grand totals, as well as calculated columns.

It is intended for companies where several employees need simultaneous access to the applicant data. This option also requires installation of a network such as AppleShare, NT or Novell.

Resume Scanning Option

The !Trak-It Scan Option extracts all vital information from paper resums and transfers it into the !Trak-It AT Applicant Tracking System. The source of the resume can be the original paper hard copy, a fax, or a computer generated version such as e-mail. !Trak-It Scan uses very sophisticated extraction technology to precisely locate name and address, previous employers and dates of employment, education, and skills. Resumes do not have to be written in any predetermined format since !Trak-It Scan works with most resume formats. The manual data entry work is substantially reduced and many errors are eliminated.

With !Trak-It Scan you can use almost any scanner, preferably one with a sheet feeder, to quickly read a stack of resumes. You no longer need to spend countless hours keying in applicant data because !Trak-It Scan does it for you. The !Trak-It Scan technology has been in use for more than 5 years and is currently being used by several other software manufacturers as their own built-in scanning system. Web Publish Your Job Openings & Receive Applications from the Web

As job requisitions are created, the web option allows you to specify which opening is to be published, which category it is to be listed under, and the job description and job requirements to be published. This option instantaneously lets everyone who visits your site have the opportunity to check out your openings and apply for your jobs.
