Triage Wizard guides you through the process of building a profile for your application in a snap.
The profile specifies all the information you need to find out about your customer's machine configuration,
in order for your application to install and run smoothly.
Triage Wizard automatically packages the Triage Client files, ready for distribution on your application CD,
diskettes, or for activating from your web site.

When your customer experiences a problem with your product, instead of picking up the phone in frustration,
the customer simply runs Triage Client.
A single click of a button is all that is required for your customer to launch Triage Client. Triage Client
automatically scans the customer's system looking for only the information specified in your profile, and
generates an audit report ready for e-mailing.

Distribution Alternatives for Software Vendors
Two alternatives for distributing Triage Client are available. As a software vendor,
you can select either alternative or use both. Each alternative offers royalty-free
distribution of Triage Client.
- Distribute Triage with your Software Application
Triage Client can be bundled with your software application - on diskette or
the distribution CD. When you build your application's profile using Triage
Wizard, a single click generates all the Triage Client files needed and
packages them with your profile for distribution.
Triage remains completely transparent to the end user. Customers need
never know it's there, until a situation requires its use.
- Distribute Triage from your Web Site
Triage provides an easy mechanism for you to distribute Triage Client from
your web site. A single click in Triage Wizard automatically generates the
Triage Client package for interactive web use. The Triage Client package
includes a self-extracting client file and a generic HTML download page for
Triage, which you can then customize as needed.
With this option, your customers can now interactively perform an audit of
their system when a problem with your software occurs. A single click of the
Triage link on your web site is all that is needed to automatically download
and run Triage Client. Nothing could be easier - for you, or your customer!
