A collection of Image Functions

The Victor package includes the library with complete documentation consisting of a User's Guide and Library Reference. Each function is fully explained and its use is illustrated by examples both in the manual and on disk. Victor also includes a complete image processing program that you can recreate and modify to fit your product needs.

Victor for Dos Supports Microsoft and Borland C/C++ compilers and includes complete documentation, a full-featured image processing demonstration program with source and extensive examples for all functions. Royalty-Free. Victor for 16-bit Windows Includes complete documentation, a full-featured image processing program with C source code, and extensive examples for all functions. Victor can be used with any language that supports DLL functions. A sample Visual Basic application is included. Royalty-Free.

For creating applications for Windows NT, Windows 95, or Win32s. Victor includes complete documentation, a full-featured image processing program with C source code, and extensive examples for all functions. Royalty-Free.

All versions of the Victor Library require an LZW license from Unisys before GIF and TIFF-LZW file compression and decompression can be used.
