• Dependencies: WinInet.dll, which has limited ASP capabilities. Use the Winsock Tool (for HTTP) or Secure Tool (for HTTP/S) for building robust Web Applications that dynamically access other URLs.
• Operating Systems: Windows 95/98, NT4, NT 2000. Requires Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.
