WizRule operates like most software programs running in the Windows 95 environment: it uses the same conventions of menus, icons and dialog boxes to perform its full range of functions. If you've used other Windows 95 applications, you won't have any trouble opening files and windows, entering and saving data, or selecting icons to accomplish various tasks.

Just select the database you wish to analyze and press the Issue Report button. WizRule will automatically reveal the rules that govern the database.

WizRule reads all popular databases either directly or through ODBC. The database may be comprised of several files that are joined into one relational table.
There is no need to predetermine rules: WizRule discovers them automatically. You can fine tune the analysis so that WizRule will reveal and display only meaningful deviations.
View the rules and the deviated records. Any record that deviates from a rule is suspected as being an error.
WizRule can reveal cases of corrupted data or fraud. Rules can be:
  • if-then statements
  • mathematical formulas
  • a combination of the two
ID numbers of data records which deviate from the rule: such exceptions are “suspect” errors in the database

WizRule displays the content of the deviated record
