Word Magic Tools DELUXE is a suite of English-Spanish translation dictionaries that besides affording 600,000 entries (which makes it by far the largest computer dictionary in existence today) is capable of alternatively displaying translations or synonyms plus parts of speech, descriptors, grammatical attributes, shades and meanings of words at the click of a button. It is unique also by the simultaneous, mirror-screen display of conjugations of verbs in either language and by the size of its mirror-screen Thesaurus. More than a dictionary, it is your own private Web of words, where you may navigate and perform searches of idiomatic expressions, sayings, adverbial phrases, locutions, phrasal verbs and idioms of all kind in both languages, with their respective translations and synonyms, which also constitute the largest collection anywhere. It goes beyond the Word Magic PRO version which won a 4-star rating by ZD Net. It has word pronunciation in both languages. It works as stand-alone or within MS Word. You may add your own words, too.

Word Magic Tools is a suite of four programs: English-Spanish 4-Way Dictionary, Verb Conjugator, Thesaurus and Expression Builder. They work as stand-alone or within Microsoft Word.

It was thought that no improvement could be made on a suite of programs already so complete in functionality and user-friendliness like the PRO Version... but a quantum leap has been effected with the DELUXE version.

The DELUXE version includes all the features of the PRO Version, plus the following significant additions:

• Totally new, nicer ‘look’ for the modules, more in harmony with Windows 98
• Number of translations increased from 480,000 to 600,000
• Number of synonyms increased from 3 million to 4 million
• It has voice pronunciation of all English and Spanish entries (TTS)
• It has images of word categories using colored photo-icons that correspond to the concept of each category
• It accepts add-on dictionaries on Technical Subjects (see product list). This further increases the number to 800,000 translations
• It incorporates a few navigational features used commonly in the Internet: Home, Previous, Following, Add-to-Favorites words, etc.
• It neatly displays with different colors the difficulty of words: Everyday-use, regular-use and rarely used, plus a special color for technical words.
• The search options have been refined and enhanced with more features.
• The phrases can be searched not only by the first or the end word, but also by the middle word now. They can be searched even by the synonyms and/or inflections of the first, middle, or end word
• The Deluxe Expression Builder includes many new such capabilities to fully please the imagination of the User.
• It is fully 32-bits in design
• The Bird’s Eye view method has been greatly enhanced with more information about words
• Integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Word, with more ease and speed
• Last but not least: Many words have been enriched with short, encapsulated definitions, affording now not only a translation into Spanish like most dictionaries do, but an explanation of the meaning in the User’s own language in a very concise way. These short explanations have been included in both Spanish and English, for everybody’s benefit. On top of that, 100,000 new phrases have been included, plus a new collection of Spanish sayings translated to English.
