Work in Progress - Track your projects through each step of manufacturing or development process - Track parts and other assemblies as they are incorporated into the project - WIP applies to manufacturing process or intellectual property development - Barcode the project and use a Windows portable barcode terminal to track the projects progress through your plant - Upload the data from a portable barcode terminals directly into an Excel spread sheet, an Access database or an ODBC source.

Work in Progress Project Session includes: Project ID (barcode), part number, serial number, type, capacity, descriptiono, estimated start and completion date, actual start and completion date. Maintains the last date and time an assembly point was started and completed.

Work in Progress Project Start and Completion Session: record the date and time when your project actually starts and is completed.

Work in Progress Project Assembly Start and Completion Session: record the date and time when your project starts and completes any assembly point.

Work in Progress Project Process Session: download to the mobile terminal a list of all part required at each assembly point in the project and whether parts or subassemblies are ready and in place.

Work in Progress Project Parts Session: system displays a list of all parts require at each assembly point in the project and allows you to scan the parts barcode or select the part to remove it from the pick list.

A full license to TracerPlus Pro is included so you can customize the forms, add or subtract fields to the data tables, add graphics images or customized prompts and buttons.

TracerPlus Connect allows you upload or download information from your spreadsheet or database to the portable barcode terminal. Upload current project progress information, download new projects and parts list and customize values in dropdown boxes.
